We understand that things don’t always go as planned—that’s why we’ve made our returns and refunds process simple and stress-free.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return within 3 days of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@discreetnicotine.store. We’ll provide return instructions. Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not charge restocking or handling fees for valid returns.

Cancellations Due to Customer Error

In cases where we must cancel an order due to issues on the customer’s side—such as an invalid address, unresponsive communication, failed delivery attempts, or other preventable errors—a partial refund will apply.

In such situations, we will retain 90% of the payment as order processing, packaging, and handling fees, and refund only 10%.
This is because our service operates under strict discretion, without requiring ID, and involves high-risk and sensitive logistics.

We encourage all customers to double-check shipping details and be responsive after placing an order to avoid such issues.
